To qualify you must:

  • Be the parent, foster parent, approved relative or legal guardian to the child needing care

  • The child must be under age 13 (or under age 18 if the child has special needs).

  • The child must be a U.S. citizen, authorized non-U.S. citizen, refugee or
    U.S. permanent resident.

  • Be eligible based upon your household size and monthly income - for example:

  • Eligible monthly income limits based on household size is set at 85% of the state median income effective Oct. 1, 2024
