Lucero is the Finance Director at Neighborhood House as the Finance Director is responsible for Neighborhood House’s long-term financial health and growth. Lucero has been part of Neighborhood house for 13 years and has recently graduated from University of Maryland Global Campus with her bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Lucero did take a break in between the years she’s been at Neighborhood House to live in Okinawa, Japan. In her journey to Japan she explored the island as well as traveled to Thailand. Lucero’s first position at Neighborhood House was as the program secretary then transitioned to Executive Administrative Assistant, to Finance Assistant, Finance Manager and now Finance Director. Lucero is very passionate about making a difference in the community and can express it here at Neighborhood House.
Lucero enjoys spending her time reading, hiking, traveling, exercising. She also loves spending time with her family and friends.
