Jenny Hart is the Operations and Technology Director at Neighborhood House, where she oversees facilities, technology systems, safety, and organizational operations across the campuses. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, she supports with capital projects, strengthens operational infrastructure, and helps the organization’s long‑term growth.
Jenny brings over a decade of experience serving refugee and displaced communities, including program development and safeguarding roles with the International Rescue Committee. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Studies and is a certified Sexual Assault Counselor and HIV Prevention Counselor.
She is known for her strategic, collaborative approach to building systems that help mission‑driven organizations thrive. In her spare time, she dreams about owning her own piece of land, having various rescue animals and being a skilled woodworker.
