Erin is a dynamic HR Director with a Master’s in Human Resources and a SHRM-CP certification, known for her commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and growth in every organization she serves. With a diverse professional background spanning non-profit industries, restaurants, training and development, and even theater, she brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to her HR work. Her passion for creating supportive, growth-oriented environments has led to successful team development and strengthened employee engagement in her roles.
In addition to her expertise in HR, Erin excels at seeing the bigger picture and ensuring that HR initiatives and decisions align with the broader mission and vision of the organization. She believes that every HR strategy should not only support individual growth but also contribute to the overarching goals and values of the company. Whether it’s through refining talent management practices or cultivating a more inclusive workplace, she strives to ensure that every initiative drives meaningful impact and supports the organization’s long-term success.
Outside of her professional life, Erin enjoys exploring the world through travel, and she is an avid fan of Halloween, live music, baking, and outdoor adventures like hiking and paddleboarding
