Andrea Arflack is the Development and Communications Director at Neighborhood House, a role she assumed in February 2025.  Andrea, a seasoned fundraising and communications professional, has extensive experience cultivating and stewarding high-net-worth donors, corporations, and foundations.  Before joining Neighborhood House, she led strategic fundraising initiatives at Chapters Health Foundation, spanning three counties, where she successfully implemented impactful fundraising events and a robust planned giving program.  Her expertise extends to leveraging data analytics to optimize donor engagement and retention, fostering a culture of philanthropy that strengthens organizational impact.

Andrea’s background also includes a strong foundation in wealth management from her tenure at Regions Private Wealth Management, where she honed her skills in building and nurturing high-level client relationships and driving process improvements.  This experience uniquely positions her to understand donor needs and preferences.  Her commitment to community engagement is evident through her active involvement in organizations such as the Rotary Club, United Way, HPH Hospice Women of Giving, and Morton Plant Mease Healthcare Foundation.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management and Organizational Leadership from St. Petersburg College and is dedicated to continuous professional development. At Neighborhood House, she aims to lead fundraising efforts that directly support the organization's mission and build a sustainable revenue portfolio for program sustainability. Her dynamic leadership style, coupled with her proven track record, makes her a valuable asset in advancing Neighborhood House's mission and expanding its community impact.
