Neighborhood House Expands with New Childcare Center at SPARK
On May 7th, 2025, we celebrated the grand opening of SPARK Apartments, an affordable housing complex located on North Temple in Salt Lake City. However, this site will soon offer more than just a place to live.
Neighborhood House has partnered with Brinshore Development, the company that built SPARK, and the Scott W. and Betsy D. Thornton Family Foundation to provide affordable childcare right at SPARK.
Neighborhood House at SPARK offers high-quality early childhood education for up to 55 children aged 3 to 5. This childcare facility serves families earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income, providing tuition on a sliding fee scale to ensure affordability and access for everyone.
