COVID-19 Resources for Clients and Families

Neighborhood House's priority right now is the safety and well-being of our clients and staff. We are doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by, for the first time in recent history, temporarily closing. This was an extremely difficult decision to make, as this pandemic is unprecedented and thus, requires unprecedented cautionary measures. Please reach out to Rocío Torres, our Family Support Manager, if you have any questions and we'd be happy to support you and your family with anything you need. We are compiling and providing all the resources we know of to help your family through this difficult time. We’ll be updating this page as we learn more information, so continually check for more info!

Adult Day Service's clients who would like more information on available caregiver support resources, please call 385-468-3200 and ask for Community Care Transitions Program (CCTP).

If you're worried about whether you may have COVID-19, please call the Utah Coronavirus Information Line at 1-800-456-7707.
